• Select "File > Export to > iTunes…" from the menu bar.
• Sync your iPad with iTunes to transfer the recording.

• Open your recording with Handbrake (https://handbrake.fr/)
• Select "MP4" or the preset "Normal" as the output format.
• Open the converted file in iTunes and sync your iPad to transfer the recording.

tizi for Mac is a complete redevelopment. We rely on the latest technologies with tizi for Mac. Therefore, Mac OS X 10.7 or newer is required. You can conveniently upgrade to OS X 10.7 or 10.8 via the Mac App Store on your Mac.

As a tizi+ or tizi Wi-Fi user, you can watch TV on your Mac with the free software The Tube. Download The Tube at www.tizi.tv/app. With our software tizi.tv, you can not only watch TV with your tizi or tizi+ on your Mac, but also access an extensive EPG and cut and share recordings. The tizi Wifi support for the tizi.tv app is available as a paid in-app purchase in the Mac App Store.

Yes, namely tizi Remote for your iPhone and iPod touch. tizi Remote allows you to switch between channels, start and stop recordings. tizi Remote is available at www.tizi.tv/app or directly in the App Store.

DVB-T2 signals are currently not supported by tizi, tizi+ of tizi for Mac (DVB-T). tizi supports all channels that broadcast using the MPEG-2 video and MPEG-1 Audio Layer II standards.

tizi.tv supports OS X – macOS Sierra.

In order to use tizi for Mac on your computer, there are some audio codecs necessary. For legal reasons these codes are not available in the tizi.tv version from the Mac App Store.
Because of this the version from the Mac App Store supports only certain tizi devices:

By default, the tizi.tv app tries to optimize the channel search according to your location. If you think there should be additional channels that were not found during the channel scan you can do a thorough channel scan over all frequencies:

‣ Open the tizi.tv app and open the preferences (Cmd+,).
‣ Go to the “Application” section.
‣ Remove the checkmark for “Use Smart Location”.
‣ Select “Unspecified” in the country selection.
‣ Start a new channel scan via the menu entry “Channels > Search for Channels …”.

tizi for Mac only works on your Mac and cannot be used on an iPad or iPhone. With tizi Wi-Fi and tizi go, we offer special versions that you can use with your iPad. You can find the complete tizi product family at www.tizi.tv.

To be able to use the recording function, your Mac must be turned on and tizi.tv must be running.
